co-designed and facilitated a ToT for Enbat: an 8 weeks training program for freshly university graduates to cultivate soft skills for work and for life. The program has four modules on: Self, Systems, and Critical Thinking; Cross Cultural Communication; Design Thinking; and Work Culture & Applied Skills (2023-2024).
